Breathing – Card Description

You have drawn this card as a reminder of the power of conscious breathing. Breathe through any feelings of being entrapped or distracted by the contents of your life, the thoughts and emotions. Let your breath take you inwards to connect you with your Light-body, your Etheric vessel. The outbreath of the Etheric realms is the Material manifestation of your body of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

Are your feet fully touching Earth? Imagine that you are feeling one with nature in Lemuria, that Lemuria is on the Earth now. Then let your breath bring you into your physical body, feel your feet touch Heaven on Earth. Breathe deeply to allow this New Earth truth to come forward to be expressed more and more, so that every particle in your body starts vibrating with joy.

Then allow your breath to touch your emotions – embrace your inner child inside, and bask it in love. When your breath flows through your emotions, you start to be aware of your emotions more and more.
