You have drawn this card as a reminder of the power of conscious breathing. Breathe through any feelings of being entrapped or distracted by the contents of your life, the thoughts and emotions. Let your breath take you inwards to connect you with your Light-body, your Etheric vessel. The outbreath of the Etheric realms is the Material manifestation of your body of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

Are your feet fully touching Earth? Imagine that you are feeling one with nature in Lemuria, that Lemuria is on the Earth now. Then let your breath bring you into your physical body, feel your feet touch Heaven on Earth. Breathe deeply to allow this New Earth truth to come forward to be expressed more and more, so that every particle in your body starts vibrating with joy.

Then allow your breath to touch your emotions – embrace your inner child inside, and bask it in love. When your breath flows through your emotions, you start to be aware of your emotions more and more.

Anything that you no longer need, can be cleared and purified through your breath. When your breath starts flowing through stuck energy, it gets unstuck and starts to clear.

Feel into your expression. How would you like to express your feelings? This is also your breath, your flow. Perhaps you would like to tone or sing, talk or write, move and dance. Allow your expression to be here fully. This is especially true if you also drew the ‘Expression’ card.

Let your breath take you deeper and deeper into oneness with your Lemurian nature. Breathe in the Etheric vibrations that come in through your crown, and receive them in your whole body. This is how you bring the light from your higher self into matter.

Be welcomed to feel supportiveness all around you, from Angels to fairies, from Dolphins to cosmic beings of light. The Pleiades are connecting through your breath, to bring in acoustic vibrations of light. Allow these higher dimensions to come in for the highest good of all.
